He was trying for a causal vibe but he should have gone with boat shoes or something else

That's interesting to you all of a sudden? It's been a pan-Anglosphere/British thread since the OP, check the first page. WASP is a fake 20th century ethnonym, to describe a small wealthy subset of Anglo-Americans with trans-atlantic airs.

It's no big deal but it's funny to see different ideas of what constitutes a WASP. For many, it's any English person under the sun. I think I did bring it up at an earlier point in the thread but I can't remember.

WASP stands for white anglo-saxon protestant. White and protestant are redundant and Anglo-Saxons come from Britain. Everyone in England is C of E more or less but coolly so compared to Americans and natives of England and lowland Scotland are 'white'.
