I get up at 8:00, have a massive breakfast and I do 100 push ups some days a week, I also go to the gym sometimes and practice on a punching bag or do bench press.
I used to be more ripped than I was before and had a chest that stuck out. It still does but not what it was like before. I used to play basketball but I currently don't partake in any particular sports.
What do you do?
