Black of course. He looks fully black to me, despite his Irish admixture.

Black. But most here goes mainly by skintone in order to tell the race of someone, many would call him "moreno escuro" in Brazil.

Could you post some examples of what 'regular' Pardos look like?

If he sat in the sun for a bit, got a bit darker then he'd look 100% SSA imo; since there's nothing Euro about his facial features, he's just slightly de-pigmited.

"Pardo" is a word used by brazilian demoghrapic sensus to list out people with mixed roots. In practice, selfdeclared pardos are people with skin colour between white and black.

Something like this (Faces Brancas - > White Faces"; Faces Pardas - > Pardo Faces; Faces Pretas - > Black Faces)
