NO, there ISN'T! Ask ANY Brazilian if "nego/nega" (or it's formal form "negro/negra") is offensive... btw, that is the term used in the census! The only form of "nigger" is "crioulo" and again, is not even offensive in the South because there they use with a sense similar to the meaning "native", so even some withes from the countryside of states like Rio Grande do Sul can call themselves "crioulos"... stop talking about things you literally know NOTHING about.
