Sick people, how is gun control in Croatia?

Very strict gun laws and hard to get licence (my father has it for example). But it is not too hard to get weapons on black market.

Murders occured with illegal gun.

Not anymore but there could be mentality "residues" from tribalistic/clan times ,In Greece&Albania for example there are certain tribes which had/have(?) the tradition of blood feud,I guess it'd apply to the rest of Balkans too as a mentality(although not something common anymore ofc) .

Common, crimes of passion (jelaousy etc) are more common there than elsewhere in Europe. Also due to to lot of traumatised families by recent wars. This was calculated murder, and most of people were poorer.
