South Romania serial killing investigation - classify people involved

at least two girls (15 and 19 yo) disappeared and are thought to be dead, raped and killed (at least one butchered and burned) by the suspect.

the investigation is ongoing - a part of the public thinks (conspiracy theory) the girls are alive and were sold into forced prostitution or into organ trafficking and that the police accepts the murder story to end the investigation early and not go into deeper details that would go to organized crime (the local police was already proven to be in close cooperation with local organized crime leaders).

this case has shaken Romania - other similar cases may be undiscovered, since there are missing girls of all ages, some have disappeared over 20 years ago.
