He's returned from a 3 day ban that Loki gave him over something.... and he's just sent me a very abusive pm out-of-the-blue - of which I'm not going to dignify him with any response. I don't know what his issue his. (Maybe he's upset because I asked him a few days ago to stop bombarding another poster with unwanted pm's following a complaint.)
I don't recollect interacting much with Libertas, although his name rings a strong bell as I'm sure I banned him in the past for strong abuse he sent me. His name is familiar.
I'm just discussing with the staff what course of action should be taken this time.
