Which dna testing company's kit should i order from turkey for spend small amount of money?

It seems cool but requires a lot of money for the people who haven't done a dna test yet, costs 199$. Uploading raw data to there seems better option, still not cheap though.

Maybe he can get ancestry and then upload it there but idk if it ships to Turkey

MyHeritage is available for Turkey. AFAIK, AncestryDNA is also available but 23andMe is not available. Most people say AncestryDNA works better because you have the chance to upload your raw data to MyHeritage after you take the test.
