Yes sure. Though they probably consider themselves Northern Europeans and think that Slavs are swarthy, which is I must admit partially true - some Slavs are swarthy

Geographically and genetically they are Northeastern Europeans.
Linguistically they are a separate group of Baltic speakers but related to Slavs (Balto-Slavic branch of IE languages).
