I think the OP meant Vlachs. My Romanian dad was always talking back to the movie, yelling, and throwing cabbage rolls at the screen. It was really embarrassing to be around.

Not shure if you're joking, but here it's somewhat common, we even had a series of sketch shows about it.

Now, in Korean culture, libraries are places where Koreans go to socialize. They spend a lot of time in the library, so it has a social function. If Koreans were being loud, I would be less irritated because it's a part of their culture. But in America, every civilized US-born person knows that in libraries, you SHUT THE FUCK UP.
