Even if they are low in some parts, these numbers destroy numbers in most Christian European countries comparatively. In the UK Church of England attendance is around 2% in young adults for example. There's a lot of people who have belief in a god or deity who don't do the whole once a week thing anyway, regardless of it being required or not.

Who said a real Christian supposed to be like Europeans? Anyway, it's a different story, Turks claim to be conservative Muslims, and they allergic to anything non-Muslim, but when it comes to praying at mosque they're not that "Muslim"...

Is that so? For the most of Turks I've met so far, attending mosque on the first day of the Eid is the only connection to religion.
