Let's be honest though, there is a difference between black and white mass shootings(obviously a huge one with shootings overall, mass shootings are a tiny, tiny minority of shootings, but as well as mass shootings).

Most of the black ones are drive-bys or pray 'n sprays targeting another criminal(however anti-white hate crime murders by blacks of whites is increasingly becoming more common) and other people or innocents get caught up in it. It isn't terrorism or some crazy ass mofo, but crime related. A portion of the white mass shootings will also be crime related, but mostly they will be terrorism or psychopath shit related.

Even if white mass shootings are more random and not targeted(meaning innocents have a higher risk of death, no one cares if some criminal is shot up by another criminal)the amount of innocents that get caught in the crossfire of these drive-by's/etc far exceed white mass shooting victims. Also, even if you take out all the blacks from that 2019 list, non-black minorities(Asians, Arabs, Hispanics, etc) still made up 33% of non-black mass shooters.

(keep in mind Mother Jones' data considered Middle-Eastern shooters like Moroccan Abdelkrim Belachheb and Lebanese John Zawahri to be "white", along with half asian half whites like Elliot Rodger, so the numbers are even lower)

Apparently, that Mother Jones data does actually exclude gang and crime related shootings, so other than Latinos, all other non-whites are actually overrepresented among terrorism and crazies.

I don't have that link right now but I've read somewhere that a significant amount of those mass shootings happen in nightclubs , even malls and other places.
