Catalogar Veracruz como triracial porque hay unos cuantos de ellos por la costa me parece excesivo. Yo que veo de Veracruz es que es un estado muy largo que tiene pinta de tener variabilidad regional, y en general indomestizo y mestizo. Aproposito, creo que hay algún pueblo fundado por "españoles" en Veracruz, de aquellos a los que les quitaron sus bienes y los expulsaron tras la independencia de México. Yo creo que la gran mayoría de ellos siguió en México como campesinos pobres porque eran mexicanos. Probablemente no eran más que criollos que se alinearon con los realistas o todavía se consideraban españoles, y el resto de los criollos se aprovechó de ello para quedarse con sus bienes.
