If a woman is able to find happiness on her own, doesn’t feel like she needs to fit in somewhere even if it’s opposite to her character, personality and lifestyle and have a self-confidence without a redundant ego, i can consider her as a strong woman. About being independent: it depends on which kind of independence we are talking about.
Emotional independence can be described as if a woman is able to lead and express her emotions without falling into co-dependent patterns by others. But if you mean financial independence, then, i would say that a woman is financially independent if she is able to earn her own money in any way (doesn’t matter her position and salary).
Only you and Kazimiera can be considered in this category on TA, in my opinion.

Meaningless term; since everyone has a different definition. But if ever man or woman was fully independent, well we wouldn't have a human race.
