A balkáni Horvátország és Romániában magasabb az életszínvonal mint Magyarországon(nem beszélve Szlovéniáról).

Az EU-ban csak Bulgáriát előzzük meg AIC-ben.

This statistics is bullshit, GDP / capita has nothing to do with living standards of peoples, that's GNI.

    Source from World Bank:

    Hungarian GNI: 29790
    Romanian GNI: 25940
    Croatian GNI: 25830
    https://data.worldbank.org/indicator/ny.gnp.pcap.pp.cd

And for example in Croatia the foods are much more expensive than Hungary, ask Feliicy. Another troll thread from a troll who think ethnic hungarians are gypsies:

I see you didn't read the links. Hungary is behind Romania and Croatia in AIC(Actual individual consumption), not gdp/capita. The avarage citizen of those countries have more money to spend. That's just a fact. Balkanic Romania have better living standards which is shame for balkan-hating hungarian nationalists such as yourself and blogen.

Troll? This is data from Eurostat. You're laughable.

This is not fact, have you ever been in Romania? They are like Borsod. AIC have nothing to do with living standars, the GNI shows the real money of peoples, the individual consumption is an another thing. For example if i have 100 million euro, and you have 1 million euro and i spend 10000 euro / month and you spend 20000 euro / month that's doesn't mean that you are richer than me...

From my experience average Joe in Hungary has higher living standard than average Joe in Croatia, except apartment owners on Adriatic coast who make very good money out of tourism.

Yes, consumer goods, transportation are significantly lower in Hungary. Real estate and education is pretty expensive. Medical I am not sure.

Hungary also has significantly lower unemployment rate, in Budapest is basically full employment. Romania has also lot lower unemployment rate than Croatia and biggest growth out of three, but infrastructure is on much lower level. It feels/looks poorer to naked eye compared to other 2 even if it may not be. Romania also has lowest houshold income out of 3.

I also found Romania suprisingly expensive, more so than Hungary but still below Croatia.

I would rank them like this in overall living standard : Hungary>>>Croatia>>>Romania.

Gypsies are included in the statistics (8-9% of the population), they live like third worlders, so they bring the avarage Hungary's avarage AIC down. Avarage white hungarian probably lives a little better than avarage croat, but avarage hungarian citizen doesn't live better than avarage Croatian citizen.

In Croatia infrastructure is very good, but job market is poor and one of worst in eastern europe. Education doesnt cost much, less than in Hungary. Medical care is still mostly covered by state and free in most cases. In Hungary it is different but I find it ok.

Real estate in Croatia varies, coast is ridiculously expensive except Rijeka (industrial city), Slavonia and inner Croatia is very cheap, way below Hungarian prices.

In Hungary Budapest is very very expensive but countryside is too, at least in Transdanubia. Maybe Alfold and NE are less.

Stears mother is selling their house in small, former mining town in Vesprem county close to Lake Balaton and it is modest house which is pretty old and it has good market price, much higher than it would have in provincial Panonnian Croatia.

I am not sure about prices in Romania when it comes to real estate. Zagreb our capital is also pretty expensive but below Budapest prices.

Here even small flats in average neighbourhoods cost a lot, at least for me.

Austria makes lots of money from tourism every year, much more than either Finland or Ireland.
