Do you guys feel somehow better and safer when you are around people with same ethnicity/race?

This is something I realised a year ago, for some reason I feel much better when I see a slavic looking person, I am directly more open and helpfull.

When I go out and travel when I see a slavic looking person I automatically smile for some reason, and we never smile. But if I see for example Spanish or Norwegian or Arab I am like okay, keep going, I mean I am not feeling unsafe but I just dont care. Same goes for some generic American faces, maybe because of the movies and series I grew up on, they are very familiar.

No. I usually feel safe with family and people I care about. They don’t happen to be all the same race.

No; I feel safest with family or friends. And honestly if its a random person, class structure is more important. I'd feel safer sitting on a train next to a Chinese businessman than a British chav.

I feel better and safe only when i'm with people i know(family, friends, girlfriend, etc). Generally I don't care about ethnicity of others since it doesn't necessarily define character and behaviour(education and cultural background is more important in this case), but of course, there're exceptions regarding certain groups.
