Pleasure vs. Bliss

Which one do you seek?

I don't think one has to choose one or the other. Personally, I seek both physical pleasure and spiritual bliss, and preferably in simultaneous combination. I think a strict focus on either one of the two can be detrimental to the body and soul alike.

In some eastern religions, pleasure is actually detrimental and even evil. They call it "mara"

But yeah, I live with a nice balance of the two as well.
