Why don't many apriciters believe that I'm Chinese?

It doesn't matter.
A lot of people don't believe that I am from my country but I really don't care about that.
It's the only site where it happens...

But it matters. And as the site owner, I really dislike it when some members harass others about their private details, or accuse them of lying about their origins. It is uncalled for and malicious. And members shouldn't have to be treated like that by fellow members. I don't wish it on anyone.

Oh, of course... I respect that fact and I agree with you, and about Nerwen's case I've never suspected that she wasn't chinese, and at the same time I support her in this issue.
It's frustrating when others don't believe that the country which you say it yours it's really yours.
Indeed I felt really upset due to that fact, but always was the same.
I understood that probably many people don't know too much about the people of my country and probably for that reason they still thought I wasn't from here. Some people are cocky and don't accept the mistakes.
So, to not continue arguing all the time I decided to put another flag in my profile and don't pay attention to those nonsense comments...

Oh, I perceived my mistake.... I'm sorry.
What I tried to say is that it's not important anymore just in my case, not Nerwen's one.
But because I was really tired to fight against the wind moulines....
Sometimes it's still frustrating but I try to avoid argue about that.
Even though I absolutely agreed with you, there is no reason to suspect that we are lying about our country/hometown/origin.
And in my case it was funny that who never suspected and always thought that I am from where I am and I am not lying ARE MY COMPATRIOTS (because they know how we are really), but that I am a standard citizen from here.
For that reason I understand Nerwen's case.
