    Russian/Ukrainian Cossack > Moldavian > Russian and Ukrainian = Celtic (Irish, Scottish, Welsh, etc) > Nordic (Norwegian, Icelandic, Swedish, Danish) > French > all else.

    In terms of neofolk /reconstructed folk music I'd say Polish/Ukrainian > Nordic > Celtic.
