Saying the true, Neolithics never invaded Europe, they just transfered their technologies and knowledges, but their genetical impact is very limited in Europe.

Nah dude not sure who told you this, maybe you are reading outdated info, but the mass migration of early neolithic farmers to Europe is a seminal part of European genetic history. The did indeed overturn of the majority of mesolithic DNA. This is not something any geneticist contests right now.

The European diet would be super high in protein. Northern Europeans would be healthier, aside from the alcoholism, which would be far worse than it is now, maybe even at Amerindian levels. Europeans would be taller, stronger, fitter, basically supermen. Red hair would be far more common across the continent. Lifestyle would be less civilised, but more vigorous. Farming would have been introduced, but it might still be rudimentary outside of Southern Europe where soils are more fitting. The centre of European civilisation would probably be in the east. Maybe Western Europe would have been colonised by North Africans starting in Iberia. Maybe Europeans would have have been instead a 3 way mixture of PIE/HG/North African. The WHG component in Europeans would probably be a lot higher.
Spoiler!

Informative posts guys but I think the early farmers were more populous than the WHG who probably led a more unstable nomadic lifestyle as opposed to the early farmers that built settlements/villages where people were actually able to start families/clans.

Are the Neolithic Farmers guilty of destroying Europe's gluten-free lifestyle? Did carbs kill off the WHGs?
