well dirty blond is still blond in my book lol. u don't need to be platinum blond. if u have yellowish, graysh hair than is blond (ligher or darker), if u have a reddish undertone in your hair than is brown,
this is where light brown hair starts:

in the sun my hair still has some reflexes..is not completely black

I’ve seen too. My father has black hair but mine is definitely some sort of very dark brown. I think pure black hair if not very common in europe
