if Pontids are a metis race then all Europeans are a metis race. You're talking about ancient populations not a recent admixture of Iranians that decided to colonize the coast.

I agree with your general point. Some minor corrections though: North-Eastern Europeans such as Balts and Finns have the lowest Farmer and highest Hunter-Gatherer admix in Europe.

Yes, apologies. Baltics are indeed the ones with the lowest admixture of farmers. After some genetic studies it has been proposed that most of their interaction with Farmers was only cultural/trade and barely any genetic.
