Black colombians are very marginalised even nowadays. Colombia is a very racist country, as all the latin american ones, your perception changes because you are high class and white. Also because the latin american peoples are very hypocrite, never say exactly what they think and believe, and have two faces.

The least racist country in the world could be Portugal: they expelled jews only by spanish pressure (and most remained and even didn´t hide their faith), they didn´t try to expel gypies never, they never expelled their moriscos, they treated angolan, capeverdians and mozambiqueans as proper citizens and are very prone to mix with them.

By what standard? Israel is less racist than the entire region and half of Europe.
