Kalmyks probably take the cake, as they are a Mongolic ethnicity. Also the only traditionally Buddhist people whose homeland is located within Europe proper.
Honorable mention also to the Roma. While they are phenotypically quite diverse, they do retain a notably Dravidian strain that seems to pop up quite frequently. And, even though their ancestors left the Subcontinent quite some time ago, many Gypsy habits and tendencies still seem unequivocally Indian to this day. From living in shanty towns, all the way to posting sleazy comments aimed at women online. You name it.

I do with like 10 Scottish blonde people in Montenegro cuz they stayed in Cetinje nothing special and they have Serb names now. Just land owners. Don't see the problem.

I'm not Balkan btw there's a difference. Balkanites are not Nordic. Few stayed in Serbia that's the problem. Most left for America and Canada. My dad almost did too but he decided to stay home cuz he wanted to invest or smth.
