User Norka whose father is Crimean Tatar iirc is E-V13. Tatars possibly assimilated it from Greek colonies in Crimea.

It is not. E-V13 is found in less of 1% of European neolithic samples (one was found in Spain if I remember correctly). It is old and innacurate hypotesis. Natufians were pred. E-V13, but they were Levantines, not Europeans.
Most of European neolithic samples belonged to G2a or I2a haplogroups, I2a being WHG who switched to farming and G2a being original Anatolian immigrants.
