Who are whitest: Celtics, Germanics or Slavs?

If we're talking in terms of skin tone, I don't think any group is necessarily whiter than the other. There's just too much individual variation. From my experience, the most consistently white-skinned people I've seen have been East Asians

East Asians aren't white but pale/yellow. True white ppl have a rosy undertone and get red easily. Their eye color is light too.

Skin type 1 which is the lightest is found among Celtics the most. But also many Celts can have dark hair, more so than nordics for example, who tan easier tho.

Meds are the whitest because they introduced classical civilization which is very European therefore white.

My vote is for Balts. They are benchmark of whiteness. Among groups you mentioned differences are not that big.

Balts are probably the most ash-blond Europeans. I hypothesized that the sample of seven inferred blonds from the Motala site in Southern Sweden were of the ash-blond variety and as modern Balts have a higher proportion of WHG ancestry than Modern Swedes they preserved this shade of hair more. However, due to the presence of MC1R alleles associated with red hair (R151C and R160W) and that one of the seven was inferred to have red hair, there is a good chance that the blondism of the other six Motala Hunter-Gathers was actually of the golden variety.

Celtic or Germanics by far

Celts tend to have lighter skin, clearly white facial features and less foreign admixture.

Germans have very high blonde hair rate and live in high latitudes.

It hasn't anything to do with Celtic/Germanics/Slavics etc but more to do with geographic location and dna clusters but Northwestern Europeans and some Northeast Europeans are most likely the most "European" genetically. DNA wise I'm just Northwest European so on 23&Me I'm 100% Northwest European and have a high Steppe component. Not sure what most whitest means? OP would need to elaborate further.
