Not so much looking for Baltic or Uralic looking brits (which are not quite as rare) but mongoloid looking ones. Someone created a thread called mongoloid british people (link) though the examples where mostly people with hanging folds like JFK or steppe looking eyes with the odd baltic/uralic looking person.
