I don't know how height can determine a closer origin?

I asked him is he such tall on Ličani/Dalmatians or Montenegrins. All 3 groups are know as tall people on average.

From Lika/Dalmatia mostly. My paternal grandfather was around 190cm and his father was also tall, while on my mothers side they are pretty average, maybe even beyond Montenegrin average.

From my experience the tallest among Dalmatian Serbs are Bukovčani and Cetinjani/Vrličani. Kotarani are pretty short on average for Dalmatian standards.
Especially are tall Serbs from Ervenik, I know a lot of them and they are very tall people https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ervenik

Haplogroups do not have anything to do with height.

Robet Wadlow, the tallest man who ever lived, belonged to haplogroup J2a.

Robet Wadlow, the tallest man ever lived, belonged to haplogroup J2a.

It does not matter one person, for this you need groups statistic and Balkan Haplogroup are tallest, also in history teaching. Who cares about a Robert Wadlow one person
