But he is Portuguese. Even if he is mixed with gypsies or whatever, it's still an Old World look that we, Latinos, (wrongly?) perceive as local in our geographical context.

Nah i dont think he is mixed with anything, thats some dumb excuse some members sometimes use in here, I dont think he looks amerindian or mixed with SSA or anything, but he ended up having a phenotype that just looks so latin american pseudo mixed, its weird.
