Why would upward slanted eyes (positive canthal tilt) be considered good looking?

On average yes the average Brit or German probably doesnt have epicanthal folds. But when you think of an uber-stereotypical Brit or German, at least for me, I think of folded/canted eyes. Just my two cents.

Heydrich had the kind of 1998 Audi TT eyes where the outer side of the upper eyelid is slanted outwards. That's actually what I always thought looks Germanic.

maybe but i was always under the assumption that canthal tilt was a purely germanic trait (not mongoloid)

I once saw a Norwegian at college who looked like a sleeping lion. eyelids completely folded over. surprised he could even see properly

just out of curiosity, how common are epicanthal folds in finland? Where I live the white population is 80% English and epicanthal folds and receding chins are very common on females, males not so much

How many people in finland have epicanthal folds? Just out of curiosity. I know tht Finland has a lot of Nordic ancestry, have seen Finns that could pass for Swedes, but I haven't seen any folded eyes. I always assumed it was a saxon thing

Actually I don't know if British or German people have such high canthal tilt. I'm posting this for the zillionth time, but these are morphs of players in the Swedish women's soccer league. The Finnish morph has higher canthal tilt than the North Germanic morph, which has higher canthal tilt than the Anglophone morph:



Actually as a kid, I used to think that eyes that are slanted outwards look somehow Germanic. I called them Audi eyes, because Audis used to have headlights that are slanted outwards, which gave them a kind of sad look:

I can't tell any real ocular differences in the pictures, but the skull shapes definitely vary. Finnish head looks like my wife's.
