Triracials, blacks, castizos, mestizos, Indo-Mestizos and some whites.
I was expecting a whiter set, you know, many people think the elites of all Latin American countries with sizable white populations are all white or very close to it, this set is "very dark" compared to the stereotypes.

Precisely. While not as Black as the poor of Cartagena, they are still very far from the lily white stereotype.

The second girl on the left stands out. Looks East Baltic.

How would you compare them to upper class fortalezenses? (A minority are scholarship holders, not more than 10-15%)

Both barranquilans-cartagians and most northeast brazilians live in tropical litoranean areas where the euro input is mostly colonial.

IMO they look less Amerindian-influenced, more Euro-influenced and equally Afro-influenced as the Cartagena students.

I agreed, they look somewhat 10-15% more european, 10-15% less amerindian and equally african compared to barranquila-cartagena upper class.

My general impression is that non whites are present in both northeast brazilian and colombian upper classes. Persons that say pardos cant get money in Brazil to become rich or upper middle class are lying.
