I don't know the full context behind this, but generally speaking if you are too direct and personal without knowing a woman well, then they'll find you creepy. If you're very attractive, then you'd probably have a better shot at getting away with something like this, but this is generally considered creepy.

Woman don't like or find you creepy if you start discuss or talk about wrong things at the wrong moment ,if you show alot of insecurities or doubts
