    Default MyHeritage Less SNP Problem

    Hello there.

My raw data(FTDNA) run 160.000 SNP's in Gedmatch but my father's MyHeritage raw data run mostly 70.000 SNP's in Gedmatch calculators. Why MyHeritage raw data run less SNP than other raw datas?

*My father's results was came in 06.06.2019.

Did you get your fathers results more recently?

Looks like all companies seem to be modifying their raw datas to run less snps; apart from ancestrydna (so far). FTDNA used to have the most SNPs but they cut it down.

Yes you are right but 23andme users have more chance because they convert raw data v5 to v3.

    My father's results are accurate.

Check it again. Did you use the same calculator for your dad as for yourself? Eurogenes uses the most amount of SNPs. Did you use it for your fathet too?

I know MyHeritage uses the same chip as FTDNA, maybe they (FTDNA) even do the autosomal tests for them too.
