According to Coon Latvian's are closer to Finnic metric dimensions, but Lithuanians are closer to Slavics.

Belarusians, for all 3. Although Latvia might be closer to Poland culturally than Belarus. I'll add one more criteria, Belarus is also more similar to Balts in terms of pigmentation, but phenotype overall wise Lithuanians/Latvians look closer to Poles imo.

In terms of genetics Belarusians are closer to Balts than Poles (on average because some NE Poles from Sudovia, Podlachia may also be as close to Balts as Belarusians).
Poles cluster more with Ukrainians than Belarusians and Balts.
