Don't see what is so unusual, since many Montenegrins we've seen also have those elevated NW components, but even among Serbs from other regions such results can be found. What Moje Ime gets on K15 is extreme even compared to this lady:

so it's definitely not recent germanic influence, if myheritage is reliable
that Montenegrin from Plav and Cetinje for example has increased North atlantic and West med like the Illyrians from Dalmatia had. so that's pulling him northwest.
this woman has increased north sea, that didn't come to the Balkans until Goths arrived i guess
