Her grandmother on her dads side is german from vojvodina and her grandfather on her dads side is slovak/croat mix or smth. Im thinking her dads side maybe mixed with serbs more. her mom is full serb from bosnia.

She tested her uncle too. Soon she will test all of Belgrade. I think her uncle got like 90% Balkan on MyHeritage and I1 L22 on the predictor. they are Drobnjaci

There are Croats from Dalmatia who cluster with Bulgarians, so...
Bosnia is probably very genetically diverse. Lot of Montenegrin ancestry in BiH. They are from all over, especially muslims but not only them.
Enough to compare Bosniensis and Vlatko Vuković results, both Bosniaks and both very different.

I have lot of Serbian matches on gedmatch who plot with Romanians and Bulgarians, but I am not posting them because other than surnames I don't know their ancestry.
