Un viaje corto a Tijuana. ¿Algunas Recommendaciones?

En el mes que viene voy a Tijuana con un amigo de mi grupo social de la borsa de valores. No he estado nunca en Mexico. ¿Tiene algunas recommendaciones? Gracias por su ayuda.

avoid La Revolucion, thats like going to Taco Bell for Mexican food, just avoid it

there is nothing nice about Tijuana, honestly
most people just go there to have a good time, party, get drunk, eat good food etc
but you will not get WOWed about the city, its very ghetto
but it is slowly getting developed

I recommend you Playas de Tijuana, its the more nicer part of the city
the food is good, its more laid back





you can also go to Otay, Tijuana
but go to Plaza Alameda Otay and there is a buffet there called Sirloin Stockade
that buffet is really bomb, I took my wife there to eat and she loved it
they have all type of food, in particular mexican cuisine but they also have sushi, hamburgers and stuff like that

i personally went to my paella rice, my plantains, my fish cooked Veracruz style and my ceviche (they have 4 different type of ceviches)





they also have an Irish pub in that plaza, there are different restaurants around that plaza but we wanted to try the buffet and we liked it a lot

The border cities and towns are ugly.
Zacatecas,Guadalajara,San Miguel Allende,Guanajuato,San Luis,Potosi,Morelia,Querretaro Ciudad de Mexico,Monterrey,Merida,Playas del Carmen,Cancun,Puerto Vallarta etc are nice cities to live in.

Esencialmente ciudades del Centro Norte, pero lejos de la frontera, Jalisco, Mexico la capital, y algunas ciudades costeras.

Tambien se que la isla de Cozumel es bastante segura. Mi madre y mis dos hermanas han estado ahí un par de veces que fueron en crucero (la ultima vez este mismo verano).

The last time I was in that area I was pretty young. Tijuana is very sketchy but you can get some great deals on random stuff. Rosarito Beach isn't too far from there and I remember it being really nice.

De lo que conozco yo Querétaro es lo mejor, muy bonita,en el meollo del país, la ciudad con menos narco-violencia (dicen las malas lenguas que los distintos carteles han acordado mantenerla como zona neutral para residencia y descanso de sus líderes) y cerca de la Ciudad de México.

Queretaro is NOT the city with the least amount of narco violence LOL
I wont even tell you what city because you will then claim it months later and act like you actually been to the country



I am pretty sure you read stuff about Queretaro here and that is why you thought it was the least narco violent city LOL
