As Spaniard you know perfectly Jews are seen as non-whites here in Spain. And so any person from the Middle East is seen too.

The problem that I see in Spain, that spaniards thinks that Middle Eastern People are the same in a whole in relation to North African & Red Sea People that they are much darker in comparassion with People around Caucasus, maybe because they are heavly mixed with sub-saharan & east african people. People from Caucasus in my opinion, are middle eastern, but not in the sense of spaniard thinking.

People with majority white ancestry if they look white and dont identify as minority and dont have a history of discrimination are white to me. That is my definition as well as caucasians from western asia and northern africa. That is the most common politically correct american definition. The definition of Nazis doesnt matter. So jews fall under the umbrella white american.

There is a decent difference many Western Ashkenazim cluster closer to Sephardi's then to Eastern Ashkenazim I think the main difference is the Eastern one have a Slavic/Eastern Euro difference. While we dont because we never lived in Eastern Europe

Ashkenazi Jews aren't half Eastern European if that's what you're implying. A very conservative range for the Eastern European component is 5-25%, with the upper end of the range being very unlikely. The main European component is southern. The most common model is about 1/2 Levantine, 3/8 South Euro, 1/8 East Euro.

These percents have about a 5% range for most Ashkenazi, and an about 10% range for outliers
