SA TAers: please don't let how abysmal England have been today - and they have been dreadful - take away from how good South Africa were. Great performance, near flawless, pulled it out of the bag. Faf de Klerk in particular. Absolute king of the manlets.

But I am furious that I watched that. Perhaps Eddie Jones needs to be sacked. Coming second at everything isn't impressive, we were doing that already. We'd have been extremely lucky to beat France or Ireland today and who knows, even Scotland could have overcome this weak team.

I've become a real fan of Faf de Klerk. He is just a phenomenal player and has so much charisma. Congratulations to your team and Siya Kolisi gave such a inspirational speech. Being the best team until the last game and then performing abysmally, which is an accurate assessment of how they played, doesn't win trophies. Absolutely disgraceful performance, I'd have preferred they lost early on, maybe in the quarters.

It's really not that amazing, it's England's fourth final, which is the joint largest amount of finals anyone has ever played. I don't demand England win every game (though it would be nice) it's the fact they were an utter bag of shit on the field today.
