    Halftime: France lead Wales 19 - 10.

As a fan, I would like for France and Japan to win tonight.

Even though, after the All Blacks, France/South Africa are my favorite teams.

In fact, France have just given an example of Gallic Rugby - incidentally, my favorite style of game: fraught, whimsical, inspired..

Honesthly this guy isn't a good rugby player, he regulary make mystakes and useless faults like that in french team. He is just physically impressive. I can understand that's mainly what we ask for a second line players but still he should also not make big mystakes like that especially at this level.

we know all than rugby is physical and a sport of contact and there is a "mélée" but still ,there is established rules, hopefully, otherwise every player should not last longer the time of a match before ending at the hospital

I agree Wales were very lucky, but even so Vahamaahina certainly deserved his red card. All the same, one thing that has attracted surprisingly little attention regarding either this quarter-final or the ones yesterday is the fact that, due to the cancelled matches last week, one opponent has had a lot more rest time than the other.

I'am not the players just rest when they don't play game.
In football i remember an interview from a french that they don't use the third pool game to rest, but at the opposit they make a big muscular training to grow stronger for the rest of the competition.
I assume it's the same in rugby.

The big stuff is the high risk of injury during a rugby game.

    Favorite to triumph, descending?

The best four teams that started the tournament remain, IMO.

The latter three being similarly competent, IMO.
