Default Hungary offers €30,000 to married couples who can produce three children

The Hungarian government is offering married couples a 10 million-forint (around €30,590) loan, which they do not have to pay back if they have three children.

The money is available via a scheme that kicked off at the start of July.

What's more, the loan can be spent on anything the couple wants and is interest-free.

Good policy but I'm not sure it's a good idea for Hungary, given the large gypsy population.

Even regardless of race, I'd be worried about dysgenics. A good way to bypass that and atleast some of the "omg evil completely non-authoritarian/non-forceful eugenics" from snowflake morons is to make it only available to the middle class, the bulk of a country. The poor aren't included but neither are the rich, atleast you can deny the eugenics angle with that.
The Guanche skulls as a whole are unlike those of modern European Mediterraneans, and resemble northern European series most closely, especially those in which a brachycephalic element is present, as in Burgundian and Alemanni series.
divided them into clearly differentiated types, which include a Mediterranean, a Nordic, a "Guanche," and an Alpine. The "Guanche" accounts for 50 per cent of the whole on the four islands of Teneriffe, Gomera, Gran Canaria, and Hierro; the Nordic for 31 per cent, the Mediterranean for 13 per cent, and the Alpine

Poor gypsies cannot get it, because until they have the third child, they have to pay back the loan. So yes, this is rather for the middle-class, which is basically absent from our gypsy population. I don't like Orbán that much, but this is a pretty good idea actually..

This loan starts as a normal loan at a commercial bank with margin verification, background check, etc. So, the poor Gypos...
