It's spelt as 'Britons'.

I think Germany has more blonds, and the UK generally has more brunets and gingers/redheads than Germany.

Beddoe found the same index of nigrescence from his observation of 1250 Londoners as He did in 300 people in Cologne.

Index of nigrescence = Dark brown hair + 2*(Black hair)- red hair - fair hair. In both cities this came to 26.

Britons have about the same level of geman blondiness, but britons have much lighter skin and less exotic features.

I watched Dark and germans look less NW euro than I thought.

England:25% blond/fair hair+5% red hair+50% medium+light brown hair=80%

Germany: 20% blond/fair hair+2% red hair+35% medium+light brown hair:57%

The english are strongly danish/saxon/frisian influenced, while germans have strong neolithic influence in the south, altough north germans are mostly blond/fair haired.
So are the Scottish, but less extremly so,Scottish people are the most red haired people in the world, and have strong scandinavian/viking influence:

total: 67%

On the other hand Welsh and Irish people are mostly dark brown haired, with an high percentage of red haired people
