I am just like you. however often after a while I sometimes rethink of actions I did in response to something and feel bad or acknowledge I exaggerated. since this post-feeling is very akward and lasts a long time I am just now managing to try and avoid actions that can cause it.
I hope I'll get better at pre-judging rather than post-judging with age .

Yes, i am hot headed, but only when someone mess with me or with my girlfriend, or some person from my family; or regarding some sensitive/personal subject. Generally i'm calm and avoid any kind of "fight".

I used to took medicine to control my depression issues but i think it only goes worse since i started it.
To solve it i just decided to stop it and force myself to ignore most people and focus on positive things, it's a a mental effort to me but worth it after all.

Tho I am pretty calm guy, IRL I like to troll and talk about bullshit and serious stuff at the same time, sometimes I laugh at everything. I also go out less and less, I can clearly see that sometimes I am searching people to fight me for some reason. But I guess that will just fade away with the age. My partner has to be very but very positive and not spoiled, if not, it never comes out good.
