I guess you could say I'm passionate and argumentative, but I'm not easily provoked in the sense that I get angry. I'm just not afraid to say what I believe, and I try to be as diplomatic as possible. However, sometimes I can get very pissed off to the point that I get extremely aggressive and difficult to control.

If we are talking about signs as well, as an Aquarius, I am great at masking my emotions. I don't like to cause a scene, because I don't like unnecessary problems, so if it's not that important I rather don't get angry. Therefore i would not call myself hot-headed.

I think the way I am perceived on here is quite reflective of my personality irl - I'm generally very level headed. I don't have a quick temper and I forgive rather readily. That being said, I have become a little more irritable and impatient than I used to be.

If we speak about Astrology I think impulsiveness is more related with bad aspects (squares, oppositions) in someone's natal chart than with certain signs in general.

Same here. I was extremely irritable as a teenager (even by teenage standards) but since entering adulthood I've found that stuff just generally bothers me less. We're all human and can all be idiots at times, it's only when people are persistently or wilfully moronic that I start to take it as an insight into their character. I usually ignore those types of people. Life's too short to stay pissed off.
