No why would you show someone that you’re angry at them? Takes away the element of surprise. I’m one of those people who will sit with you smiling having tea or drinking a beer. Making jokes. And then 5 mins later stab you in the back of the throat. I’m not saying I did any of those things but if I did that’s how I would do it.

Having anger problems is nothing to brag about. It's not exactly some act of bravery. I admire people that are the opposite and know how to control their emotions, that are brave people and also help others in need. It's also the type of people I prefer to be around.

People seem to confuse being tough with being heartless or mentally unstable.

I used to be a hot-head but then i have found cigars and yoga. Music(baroque,jazz) also helps me to relax.

OK. Well, there are cases when on facing anger people improve their behaviour so there's no need for neck stabbing anymore.

I don't smoke when i'm doing yoga, lol.

Btw, cigar is less harmful to your breathing than cigarette. Because you don't inhale cigar, you just smoke it for its taste/aroma.
