We can't rely on your personal stats. It will also depends how you interpret hair or eye colours. I don't know what standards you've used. The Irish and Scottish according to proper standards are never darker-eyed than the Dutch, and are obviously lighter-eyed than both the English and Welsh. OK! People in northern parts of the British Isles as a whole have slightly more light and blue eyes than further south. The Irish and Scottish are similar to the Scandinavians in terms of light eyes, not much of a difference.
