it's easy.. first and foremost are Indo-Iranics, followed by Balto-Slavics

Germanics. Even though a large portion of my ancestry would fall under 'Celtic', I find that I feel absolutely no connection to non-Gaelic Celtic countries whatsoever (perfectly nice places though they may be). And I was born in, grew up in, lived my entire life in Germanic countries (England + Norway), and I'm moving to another Germanic country next Friday. I also have a large amount of Germanic ancestry and I think I'm more "Germanic" personality-wise, so it's an easy choice for me.

Honestly despite my father being 90+% English and minor Dutch and my mother having some German heritage with English as my native tongue, I think I might answer Celts as number 1 with Germanics as number 2 mainly because I feel closer to all the British Isles groups than I do to continental Germanics. Of course the English and some Germans, my two main Germanic ancestries, have an ancient Celtic substrate so that adds further weight to the Celtic choice. Speaking in terms of sheer linguistics though of course the answer is Germanics.
