We are significantly less urbanised and less educated than Czechs, but we score 1 point higher than them on this.

Croatia is 60% urban, Bosnia is 40% urban. That's a massive disparity, which is bound to be reflected in the IQ scores.

Balkan muslims have no foreign admixture for the most part.
Greece is only SE European country with significant near eastern admixed population (Anatolian Greeks, some Islanders, Cypriots) and they still score higher than fully European Albania and Macedonia in comparison.
They also have quite bad results, though.

Mother was 1/4 Middle Eastern and she get pure Balkan result for that part of her ancestry, this her Puntdnal K13 even some trace African gets picked up by Balkan lol and my result is same

Nepal's IQ was actually 43, not 60. Like Mingle said, results this low are probably indicative of people who just weren't raised in a "modern" mentality during their formative years and cannot understand abstract concepts like Raven matrices and vocabulary beyond a rudimentary level. Air and food pollution, unclean drinking water, malnutrition, etc. are also likely holding their scores down, although this would also imply that China's scores may be lower than they could be. So it's not really warranted to compare countries like Nepal to others.

1 point difference is not significant, especially with the shitty sampling and extrapolations done in these studies.

1 point difference is not statistically significant.
sampling is also very important - these studies have awful sampling, they compare highly different populations.
