Default Autosomal match on FTDNA very likely means I have Slovak roots:)

I've just found autosomal match on FTDNA (60cM, longest 8cM) with Slovak man T. Macuga.
This surname is popular practically only in Slovakia and Poland. And now I have proof it is one line.
Map for Poland. My father line is from central Poland red coloured region (Sieradz) but it is now certain the homeland is in Carpathian mountains on the very south. Only question if from Slovak or Polish Carpathian part.

Does he even have the same Y-DNA haplogroup as you, though?

And do you detect any percent of Slovak admixture in your DNA?

Because autosomally you plot near Kostroma according to ph2ter:

Is that enough to be considered a "legit" match? My highest match on FTDNA is 83 cM (longest segment, 17) while on MyHeritage i only share 32 cM with that man, even though the longest segment remains the same. It appears kind of inconclusive.

But having the same rare surname is good indicator. If my surname would be Kowalski I won't even bother.

West Balkan users (Dink which is Dick, Prosigoj, Bosniensis) are between Moldavia and Crimea there. Their distance to west Balkans is comparable with mine to Belarus. Which is good fit for my autosomal profile. Certainly I don't have East Finnic admixtures anywhere, on G25 too. But very high Baltic. This tool isn't correct for every G25 coordinates. Or he forgot to use scaled / unscaled.

I sincerely apologize for the offtopic, but is a 40cm match with longest block of 11cm is a legit match? I don’t understand a thing at this

I have noticed Gedmatch calculators are heavily influenced by haplogroups and their snps by what populations I match
Those who want to live, let them fight, and those who do not want to fight in this world of eternal struggle do not deserve to live.

Even if this were hard--that is how it is ! Assuredly, however, by far the harder fate is that which strikes the man who thinks he can overcome Nature, but in the last analysis only mocks her. Distress, misfortune, and diseases are her answer.
