What proportion of Danes could pass easily in Southern Europe? (Excluding Slovenia and Croatia)

exactly. duth and danes are the most foreign looking europeans to me. germans can end up looking pretty close to us..some of them at least. and yes, even some brits can look familiar but not danes

Keep in mind I said we are between Slovenes and Bosnians, which includes Bosnian Serbs.
Serbs from Serbia are quite easy to distinguish from Croats if they don't have recent ancestry from west of Serbia.

On group level differences get clear but individually most Serbs easily fit as Croat and the opposite is also true (I have experience with both groups). Men are slightly more different than women are, in my impression, but still similarity is solid.

Heiko Maas has a western vibe..i'd take him more for a french but i wouldn't be surprised to hear that he's romanian.
Jonas Kaufmann is not the most romanian looking man i've seen but he also passes quite easily

Heiko Maas has a western vibe..i'd take him more for a french but i wouldn't be surprised to hear that he's romanian.
Jonas Kaufmann is not the most romanian looking man i've seen but he also passes quite easily

More generally, I find that Germans have more of both 'extremes' than do Brits - more stereotypical blonde Germanic types but also more dark types that truly look Mediterranean or Balkan. (Most dark-haired Brits still look distinctly NW Euro IMO).

brits have a very peculiar look, i agree...but trust me...a lot more brits can fit in here than danes or dutch

Definitely, there are types of dark Brits that look typical Romanian, like Orlando Bloom.
